Return Process

  • Clear images of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.

Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability. Replacements are processed after verification of the issue.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment
  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days

Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

As Narayani Impex primarily deals in wholesale and bulk supply, returns and refunds for bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are advised to verify product specifications and quantities before confirming bulk purchases.

Cancellations

Orders once confirmed may not be canceled. In special cases, cancellation requests may be considered before order processing begins.
